RL-Decor's third exterior of this year, this property was last painted 14 years ago and it consists of four two bedroom flats. First of all we pressure washed the whole exterior and once dried we applied a fungicidal wash to kill any other growth that existed. We then started preparing the wooden fascia and soffits, as they were flaking so bad we decided to heat the paint off and start a fresh allowing us to get a first class finish, we got back the staffing beads which was covered due to the layers of paint over the years. After the fascia and soffits we started the 6 sash windows which again were in a very bad stat, using repair care to fill any large holes and eliminating any rot we came across. The masonry was next and was in pretty good shape so with a little preparation and two full coats it was looking new again. To finish off we applied a black masonary paint to the lower trim to give the property a sharp clean finish. The exterior metal stairs were prepared and primed to stop any further rest then two full top coats was applied using a metal satin paint finish. This project was carried out Paul Denford property management who has since asked us to tender for two more sites locally for next year.
Unfortunately we have lost the before photos but have a good selection of after photos to show this stunning property looking nice and fresh.
